Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Enrollment in the Shamanic Kink 6-Month Certification represents a commitment to a structured learning process, limited cohort size, and reserved instructional resources.

Participants may cancel their enrollment within 7 days of registration for a full refund minus payment processor fees, provided the program has not yet begun and no course materials have been accessed or delivered.

Cancellation more than 30 days before program start (until February 20, 2026):

-         Cancellation fee: $700 + any incurred payment processor fees.

Cancellation less than 30 days before program start (from February 21st until March 21st, 2026):

-         Cancellation fee: $1,300 + any incurred payment processor fees.

 

Once the program has begun, tuition is non-refundable, as:

-         Curriculum access, faculty time, cohort placement, and certification pathways are allocated in advance.

-         The integrity of the cohort and learning container is preserved through commitment.

 

However, at the discretion of the organizers, participants may request:

-         Deferral to a future cohort (one time only), subject to availability, or

-         Credit toward another program or training, minus any completed portions or materials received and any payment processor fees.

 

Exceptional Circumstances:

In cases of serious illness, medical emergency, or other extraordinary life events, participants may submit a written request for special consideration, accompanied by appropriate documentation. Any accommodation or refund is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

Payment Plans:

Participants enrolled in payment plans remain obligated to fulfill all remaining payments according to their payment schedule, regardless of cancellation, unless:

-         A refund is issued under the terms above, in which case the refund will be applied against any outstanding balance.

-         The participant has withdrawn more than 30 days before the program start date and all payments made exceed the applicable cancellation fee.

 

We honor that life can change unexpectedly. This policy exists to balance compassion with the sustainability and integrity of the training container. By enrolling in the certification, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation & Policy.
